David Foot

Executive Chef David Foot’s culinary career has allowed him to become experienced in a broad range of Classical, International & Contemporary Cuisine. Chef Foot is a classically trained chef who has worked with Westin, Sheraton, Fairmont and Shangri-la Hotels around the world. His creative expertise and culinary talent are coupled with a solid foundation in modern management techniques. Chef Foot believes in a robust training program, encouragement, and career mentoring that aims for improvement and professional development among the kitchen brigade. His abilities as a manager and dedicated Chef, have rewarded him with a loyal staff following paired with an optimistic, hard-working, and committed crew. A professional and career-minded atmosphere, the kitchen goes far to foster a positive environment among all areas which is especially true between the front and back of house. Chef Foot is passionate about working with small organic farmers that have a very high level of integrity when growing food. “It’s the products that make the dish and our guests will experience the difference”.
