David Foot has worked in several Executive Chef role with Shangri-La Hotels in China, Australia and Vancouver. While in Vancouver he also worked as Executive Chef at the Westin Grand as well as prestigious restaurants including Diva at the met, The William Tell and the Prow Restaurant.
David’s most recent experience includes running his own local business, Prescription Health Studio in Kelowna. He also worked as the Corporate Chef and Cellar hand at Laughing Stock Vineyards in Naramata prior to launching his business.
David is an avid mountain biker and in the last three years, he has raced the Trans BC 6 day stage race. He has biked around North America and extensively throughout BC, Utah, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.
David and his wife are passionate about traveling, fine hotels and experiencing great restaurants around the world. They are on a quest to eat in as many of the top 50 restaurants in the world as possible. Something tells me he will be utilizing the MMP rate!
