Food & Beverage Manager
From the moment James walked into the classroom at Fanshawe College’s Food and Beverage program, he knew he had found his career. Graduating with highest honours, James went on to re-brand the restaurant concept at Pier 73 Restaurant in Richmond, BC.
He worked as Restaurants Manager at the Delta Lodge at Kanaskis, Alberta before moving to the Okanagan Valley where he has been the Food and Beverage Manager at Delta Grand Okanagan Resort since 2014.
James is passionate about food and wine, as well as discovering new cocktails (while not forgetting about the old favourites).
In his down time (seldom seen these days) James volunteers for the Growing Chefs program which teaches school-aged children the value to growing their own food and eating local.
